What is International Student Admissions :

International Student Admissions is the process for non-Indonesian Citizen / non-Indonesia Permanent Resident students to seek admission into mainstream regular in Universitas Merdeka Malang (UNMER Malang).
The admission of international students to UNMER Malang’s degree programs is contingent upon program capacity, fulfillment of the university’s admission criteria, and the issuance of a Student Permit (STP) by the immigration authorities.

Eligibility for Admission :

You are classified as an international applicant if you do not possess Indonesian citizenship.
To be considered for admission, candidates must demonstrate strong academic competence evidenced by high scholastic merit. International applicants should apply directly (online) to UNMER Malang by submitting the required documentation. Generally, international applicants are exempt from the entrance examination, except under specific circumstances. Admission eligibility is determined through a desk evaluation of the applicant’s academic records conducted by the UNMER Malang Admissions Committee.

Evidence of English Proficiency Certificate or Certificate of Indonesian language course(s) (if any)
